Licensed real estate agent, 1978 to 1992, licensed California Real Estate Broker since 1992 to present.  Military Veteran, served in U.S. Coast Guard for 24+ years. Represented Wells Fargo, Bank of America and Commerce Security Bank in the evaluation, sale prep, marketing, negotiations of Bank owned ( REO ) property. Managed a Commercial Property ( PUD ) consisting of 12 buildings with parking lots and landscaping and over 106 tenants. Member Board of Directors, for Northern Solano Association of Realtors. Served as Association Advocate and on Multiple Listing Service Committee for same Association. Served on North Bay Regional Multiple Listing Service Committee and on Procurement/Upgrade Committee for selecting and overseeing upgrade of equipment and software for the Multiple Listing Service. Member Board of Directors of Medium sized Homeowners Association. Implemented Rules and Regulation Enforcement plan including continuous training program for monitors. Drafted the Rules and Regulations for the Homeowners Association including a Hurricane Plan. Served in U.S. Coast Guard from Seaman Recruit thru Chief Petty Officer and concluded as a Lieutenant Commander. Managed large operating budgets ($35,000,000+ annually)for all ships, stations and aircraft including fuel. Assistant Chief of  Operations for the Pacific; Commanding Officer Surface Effect Ship Division, Key West; Supervisor of Operations Center/Rescue Coordination Center for the Pacific Ocean; Assistant Chief of Search & Rescue for Northern CA & Nevada.

California Bureau of Real Estate required Real Estate Courses and Exam to be licensed as Managing Broker and Property Manager. Over 1,000 hours of continuing education in Real Estate Brokerage, Finance, Management and Law. Associate Degree, New York State University Numerous courses in U.S. Coast Guard covering time critical risk management decision making. Included such training as Law Enforcement, Search and Rescue Coordination for Senior Officers.
